Crispy on the outside and tender inside, these turkey filets are coated with almonds, Parmesan, breadcrumbs and fresh parsley for plenty of crunch and flavour. A quick buttermilk marinade keeps the turkey juicy, while a touch of hot sauce adds just the right amount of zip.
